Rhudi Christian Rataxes is the son of Victor Rataxes, & Christina Finlick (from [Nelvana 1990's original cartoon TV series] Babar episodes:A Pair of Queens, & Radio Riot [cameo]), & also Lord & Lady Rataxes' grandson who lives in either Rhinoville, or Rhinoland.
